We respect your privacy

Protection of your privacy and personal data is very important for us. Personal data retrieved during your visit on our website are treated by us as confidential, we process them under the rules of law. The personal data protection and information confidentiality are an important element of management policies in our company.

Retrieving and processing personal data

During your visit on our website we retrieve the following information: IP address, the address of a website from which you were redirected to our website, websites called from our website, downloaded files, played files, paths of hyperlinks chosen within the website, searched words or phrases (website search), duration of visits, the browser used by you for finding our website, date and time of calling, the volume of transfer and web-log success calling message, as well as other such information required for analysis of the website traffic. If your visit on our website has been encouraged by an internet advertisement such as banner, promotion video, search engine ad, etc. we receive information about a banner, Adwords ad, etc. which encouraged you to visit the Gröne brand website.

All information received in this way is used only for work and appearance optimisation of our website.

5. Apple Safari: In "Safari" menu select the "Preference" option and click the "Privacy" tab (in this tab you will find numerous data for cookies management).
6. On mobile phones, smartphones, tablets and other mobile devices

Newsletter

Via our website, you can agree to receive the Gröne newsletter. If you have ordered newsletter subscription, you will be receiving interesting information from the technical field, offer updates, as well as news and information about special offers. The subscription is carried out by the system of double confirmation to limit as much as possible the number of unwanted messages.

You can cancel the subscription any time you want. You can do so by sending a mail to the address KAEM Sp. z o.o. Sp. K. Using the website in incognito mode or using a pseudonym

After calling a given webpage of our website, an integrated video player provided by YouTube placed in this area connects with the YouTube platform in order to provide technical possibilities necessary for processing of a given video or audio data stream. After the connection with the platform has been made, the data are w transferred to YouTube.

Please make sure to remember that as a part of Gröne brand website there can be links to other social networks and third-party web pages not operated by our company and not bound by our privacy policy. After selection of such a website, Gröne and KAEM Sp. z o.o. Sp. K cannot successfully be held responsible for the protection of your personal data and privacy, as the doings of third parties are beyond our control for obvious reasons.

KAEM Sp. z o.o. Sp. K. or servicec providers hired by KAEM Sp. z o.o. Sp. K. use your personal data for the purposes of technical administration of website, client data management as well as for the processing of questions sent by you to our company - each time within the required scope or according to the description of usage available on our website. Our employees and service providers hired by KAEM Sp. z o.o. Sp. K. are bound by an obligation of confidentiality and the provisions of the Act on personal protection.

KAEM Sp. z o.o. Sp. K. uses safety measures protecting remaining in our disposition personal data against loss, damage, unauthorised persons access or its unauthorised sharing or manipulation.
